For a parish, a mission statement can function like a firm handshake–giving would-be parishioners a solid, early impression of what matters most to a parish. Of the 244 pastors we’ve interviewed, 35 mentioned their mission statements, having crafted them with reflection and care. We’ll share these mission statements in installments to let you savor each at a time.
