In this free workshop, we will introduce you to the Parish Catalyst process, share some thoughts on key issues parish leaders are facing, while guiding your team through conversations that help bring clarity to your next steps. Registration is free, but space is limited. We hope you’ll join us for this inspiring and productive day!

Wednesday, Nov 29th     Church of the Little Flower     Berkley Heights, NJ

Our One Day Workshops are intensive learning, collaboration, and strategic planning experiences designed to help parish teams experience breakthrough in areas crucial to parish vitality. This is much more than a conference or a seminar. The workshop design provides interactive team times for processing ideas, exploring new possibilities, and creating action steps for the future.

The Parish Catalyst process has been proven to help parishes innovate in significant ways that lead to measurable change.

What to expect at a One Day Workshop

• EVALUATION TOOLS – What’s working, what’s not and what opportunities do you see?

• THE PARISH CATALYST PROCESS – Learn a proven process for experiencing breakthroughs.

• PARISH VITALITY TOPICS – Parishioner engagement, volunteer development and reaching families.

• COLLABORATIVE LEARNING – Exchange ideas with other parish leaders in your region.

• PARISH TEAM PLANNING – Discuss, discern and consider best action steps for your parish.

Who should attend?

We recommend bringing the pastor and three key leaders are the most involved with parishioner engagement. Every parish is different, but some examples are: Pastoral Associate, Director of Religious Education, Director of Adult Ministry, Outreach and Alpha, RCIA, Director of Sacramental Prep, Family Faith Formation. Who helps shape and guide the vision of your parish?

How should we prepare and what should we bring?

There is no “homework” to prepare, but it might be helpful to review anything you learned from the synod. You could also take an informal survey of what people appreciate the most about your parish, and what they believe needs improvement. You might want to gather the team who will be participating for a time of prayer. Mostly, come with hearts and minds open to learn and grow.
