FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Who should attend?

We recommend bringing the pastor and three key leaders are the most involved with parishioner engagement. Every parish is different, but some examples are: Pastoral Associate, Director of Religious Education, Director of Adult Ministry, Outreach and Alpha, RCIA, Director of Sacramental Prep, Family Faith Formation. Who helps shape and guide the vision of your parish?

How should we prepare and what should we bring?

There is no “homework” to prepare, but it might be helpful to review anything you learned from the synod. You could also take an informal survey of what people appreciate the most about your parish, and what they believe needs improvement. You might want to gather the team who will be participating for a time of prayer. Mostly, come with hearts and minds open to learn and grow.
