INTERVIEW pastors and analyze their responses

Pastors that we have contacted have warmly received Parish Catalyst. Usually a telephone interview is arranged, which we record with the pastor’s permission. In some cases, the pastor prefers to have members of the pastoral team participate in the interview as well. the interviews are transcribed, which allows us to capture the complete conversation. We then compare response to discover common traits, strengths and challenges.
